Keith McAslan
Keith McAslan is a senior business executive with extensive experience in finance and operations for manufacturing, distribution, technology, health care and private equity industries as a CFO, COO, CEO and Managing Director. He has demonstrated success to successfully grow businesses organically, and through acquisitions, and led several turn-arounds for businesses in crisis.

Keith was nominated for the Denver Business Journal 2010 CFO of the Year for turning around and selling a domestic manufacturer of hand tools that sold in 90 days for a double digit multiple of EBITDA and saving over 400 jobs in Colorado.

Mr. McAslan has worked for Rockwell International, Square D Company, IHS, Inc., Republic Financial Corporation and portfolio companies of private equity firms the Blackstone Group and the Sterling Group. Keith has successfully assisted his private clients as their CFO, COO, CEO, personal business advisor, M&A advisor and arranged favorable debt and equity financing.

Keith has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. His management training includes Strategic Planning at Harvard Business School; The Management Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Business; and Executive French Emersion Program at Dartmouth College and Arles, France. He is a Board Member of the Golf Course Advisory Committee for the City of Aurora and the Visiting Nurse Corporation of Colorado.

Dr. Mary Sue McAslan, is a pharmacist with an expertise in quality improvement and patient safety. Based on her 30 years of experience in healthcare, her forthcoming book Preventing Medical Mistakes and her currently available "Personal Health System", she explains how individuals can take responsibility for their own healthcare and prevent costly medical errors.

Marty Koenig
Marty Koenig has experience with companies as small as $100,000 and as large as Fortune 30. He has broad industry expertise including retail, ecommerce, electronics, public schools, professional services, IT, telecom and financial to name a few.

He has extensive experience leading their growth in just about every area: finance & accounting, business development, operations, sales, marketing, turnarounds and capital strategy. Marty is the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Strategy officer for his private clients.

Mr. Koenig is a lifetime business practitioner who now uses his experience to help other companies create success and increase company value. His company, CxO To Go provides mentoring and consulting for Business Owners, CEOs, and their growing businesses. He is a regular speaker and non-profit board member.

Marty earned an engineering degree from ETI Technical College, Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Management from Antioch University in Ohio. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional), a Certified Microsoft Professional Accountants Network advisor and was Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Marty was appointed the Dean of the University of Entrepreneur, the educational part of Colorado’s Angel Capital Summit. He serves on several boards of advisors for startups and volunteers as a chairman of the Colorado Financial Executives Network or COFENG.
